The dating scene seems like a fun yet anxiety ridden experience because you don't know what to expect. You're interested in this person or maybe that person. You want to know what college they went to, their interests, if they like romantic movies or comedies, or even if they enjoy traveling. The list goes on when it comes to who you want to date and how you want to date. For instance, technology makes dating somewhat easier because they are so many apps, websites, and different dating techniques that makes the dating experience interesting yet versatile.
I haven't that experience yet where I am fully interested in dating a guy because the dating scene makes it a challenge to date. As I mentioned before with technology and how it makes dating easier, well in my case, I think it makes dating a challenge for me.
I was never the type of person to try out the different dating apps like Tinder, Zoosk, Bumble etc. Call me old fashioned, but I am a face to face type of girl that pays attention to body language and how you speak to me during a date or during a regular conversation.
I am the perfect example of someone that has to be open to the idea of using technology as a dating resource because like most people, they will never know what is truly out there.
So take my advice, be as open-minded possible when It comes to dating!

I have recently gotten some advice to lower my expectations when it comes to dating because once you set your expectations too high, you'll end up being disappointed.
You tend to miss out on a great experience and end up gaining a learning experience from setting your expectations too high. My advice to anyone in the dating scene is to keep your expectations at a minimum because you honestly don't want to get disappointed.
There is nothing like looking forward to a great night and it ends up because nothing like you expected but then you have to ask yourself: how can I expect so much from someone I hardly even know?
Ask yourself that the next time you plan on going on a date. Dating boosts your confidence because after a while of being single and landing on a date, you feel like you're back in the game.
